They personally drove us to visit properties, translated for us, worked harmoniously with our lawyer, and served as a liaison between us and the property owner so we could ask questions and understand the details of our purchase. After we officially owned the property, Hugo and Diana helped us transfer the water and electric utilities by scheduling appointments for us, driving us to the appropriate offices, and facilitating the process.
